The Quiet Garden at All Saints’ offers a place where you can spend some time in quiet reflection.  You will find it in the north east corner of the church. On the table you will find some suggestions for prayer.  As well as providing a place for individuals it is also used by small groups for worship.

The garden reflects the seasons and the life of the church, so at Easter, a time of great celebration; it is full of flowers; at other times during Lent for example, the period of preparation leading up to Easter,  it is quite bare.

Our Quiet Garden is affiliated to The Quiet Garden Movement.  It is unusual in that it is indoors whereas most are outdoors.  The majority are in private homes and gardens and offer a local opportunity for people to take some time out to discover the riches of Christian meditation.  The Movement started in a home in Stoke Poges, Bucks and has spread to many countries around the world.  Churches, schools, hospitals and prisons are also providing dedicated quiet spaces.  You can read the story and find out where others Quiet Gardens are located by visiting the website
