All Saints is a civic church in the modern catholic tradition, working in a diverse social context. The High Wycombe team benefice consists of seven parishes, each of which operates largely autonomously, so the main focus of the role is at All Saints and in the town.  Come and help us develop and deliver our vision for All Saints as 'an inclusive place for our whole community to encounter God'.

​We are seeking a priest who

• is a confident, engaging, supportive and approachable leader
• is able to build strong working relationships and relate to a wide range of people
• recognises and develops skills and talents in others
• values the diverse range of styles and approaches across the team
• is rooted in the modern catholic style
• is able and committed to sustaining strong inter-faith relationships
• preferably has experience of leading in a town centre/urban context
